We proudly ship our Macedonian treasures from Macedonia to destinations worldwide using reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring fast and secure delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time frames

Most orders arrive earlier than 12 business days, but we recommend allowing up to this timeframe as a precaution. In most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.

• Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
• U.K. & Ireland: 6-12 business days
• European Union: 5-12 business days
• Other International Orders: 10-21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and in exceptional cases, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 in most countries. For orders under $70, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that you check your country’s regulations regarding import duties, VAT, and customs fees. These charges vary by destination and are determined solely by your local customs authority.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and we have no control over their application or amount.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs or import charges, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the original order total.

Easy Returns – How It Works

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. We will do our best to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

Important Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your return is due to an issue on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

Exchanges – Get a Replacement Fast

We are happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.

• If your item is faulty, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
• For exchanges due to size or preference, you will need to return the original item before we ship the new one.
• If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Gifts – Returning a Gift?

If you received an item as a gift, we will issue a gift credit instead of a refund. Once we receive the return, we will send you a gift certificate to use on a future order.
