At Timeless Macedonian Treasures, we want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are happy to help with returns and exchanges.

 

Easy Returns – How It Works

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. We will do our best to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return an Item

We have made the return process simple.

1. Start Your Return – Email us at info@macedoniantreasures.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
2. Pack It Up – Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including any accessories.
3. Send It Back – Once we approve your return, we will send you the return address.

Important Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If your return is due to an issue on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

 

Refunds – What to Expect

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider, and additional time may be required.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges – Get a Replacement Fast

We are happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.

• If your item is faulty, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
• For exchanges due to size or preference, you will need to return the original item before we ship the new one.
• If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

Gifts – Returning a Gift?

If you received an item as a gift, we will issue a gift credit instead of a refund. Once we receive the return, we will send you a gift certificate to use on a future order.
