Estimated Delivery Time frames

Most orders arrive earlier than 12 business days, but we recommend allowing up to this timeframe as a precaution. In most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $70 in most countries. For orders under $70, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend that you check your country’s regulations regarding import duties, VAT, and customs fees. These charges vary by destination and are determined solely by your local customs authority.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs or import charges, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping, which will be deducted from the original order total.

Return Eligibility

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for:
